What We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide: full name, organisation, job title, business email address, and — where you choose to supply them — telephone number, country or jurisdiction, counterparty type, nature of interest, sectors and markets of interest, indicative timeframe, preferred next step, and the content of your message.
Our server additionally records, for each submission, the IP address it was sent from, the browser user-agent string, the date and time, and a reference number. A one-way hash of the IP address is held separately for a short period to limit repeat submissions.
Cookies are set on this website by our hosting provider to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising technologies, we do not profile visitors, and we do not operate any analytics product of our own.
How We Use It
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct internal due diligence and compliance processes associated with institutional engagement. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by applicable law, or where a service provider processes it on our behalf strictly to operate this website and deliver enquiry email.
Where It Is Held
Enquiry records are stored on our web hosting infrastructure in the United States and are delivered by email to an EDGE Capital mailbox. They are not published, not accessible over the public internet, and not transferred to any other party.
Retention
We retain enquiry records for two years from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or the enquiry has progressed into an active engagement. The hashed IP records used for submission limiting are retained for one hour.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact ir@edge-cap.net. We will respond within 30 days.
